Introduction to Zen Training is a three hour in-person session designed to introduce new students to the fundamentals of Zen training through the breath, body, and sensation of gravity. No prior experience with meditation is required. Activities will include zazen (seated meditation), kado (flower arranging), and manual labor. Activities can be adapted based on ability.
Training through Chosei Zen is donation-based and open to all regardless of ability to pay. All donations are appreciated and help keep our dojos running. You can donate here.
