Welcome to
CHOSEI ZEN
Chosei Zen is a Rinzai Zen community, training in Wisconsin, Rhode Island, Europe, and online. We offer daily Zen practice, intensive training, as well as leadership training through the Institute for Zen Leadership. All are welcome.
Zen is healing duality: Mind-body, self-other, life-death.
Our tools are our breath, our posture, our senses.
The results are the flesh and bones of compassion, available under all conditions.
